Delivery Information

Delivery of orders placed on the website is carried out within three working days from the moment the order is confirmed by the online store manager. When confirming the order, the manager contacts the buyer to clarify the order configuration, cost of goods, cost of delivery and agrees with the buyer the day and time of delivery of the order.

Delivery can be carried out either by a courier of the Hotel Life SRL company or through the courier services Nova Posta and Fancourier at the discretion of the manager.

Upon receipt of the goods, the client is obliged to check the configuration, compliance of the order, and the condition of the goods in the presence of the courier. In case of any discrepancies, the buyer must contact the manager of the hotel-life.md store in the presence of the courier and agree with him on the return of the goods in full or in part.

The buyer must pick up orders with self-pickup in the store at the address indicated on the contacts page of the hotel-life.md website.
