Delivery Time

Orders placed through the website are delivered within three business days from the moment the order is confirmed by the online store manager.

After placing an order, the manager will contact the customer to confirm the order, clarify the contents, product and delivery costs, and agree on the delivery date and time.

Delivery Costs

Within Chișinău municipality:

• 100 MDL — for orders under 2000 MDL
• free — for orders of 2000 MDL or more

Across the Republic of Moldova (excluding Transnistria):

• 150 MDL — for orders under 4000 MDL
• free — for orders of 4000 MDL or more

Delivery Methods

Delivery is carried out by:

• the courier service of Hotel Life SRL,
• or via third-party courier services Nova Posta or FAN Courier — at the discretion of the manager during order confirmation.

Delivery is performed to the entrance of the building or to the gate.

Order Acceptance

Upon receiving the order, the customer must, in the presence of the courier:

• verify the contents and correctness of the order,
• ensure the integrity and proper condition of the goods.

In case of discrepancies or damage, the customer must immediately contact the store manager at hotel-life.md in the courier's presence to coordinate a full or partial return.

Self Pickup

Orders for self pickup must be collected by the customer in person at the address listed on the “Contacts” page of hotel-life.md.
