These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store www.hotel-life.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by Hotel Life SRL through the website.

For proper use of the site, we recommend carefully reading these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

1. General Provisions

This website is owned by Hotel Life SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), as set out below.

Use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms proposed by Hotel Life SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between the Client and the Seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other regulations adopted based on it. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor such changes.

2. Personal Data Protection

By using the website www.hotel-life.md, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to process/confirm/fulfill orders.

Personal data is processed exclusively for lawful purposes such as providing ordered goods, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We apply commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the site. Data transmission over the Internet or wireless network cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the complete security of the information provided by the Buyer, and it is submitted at their own risk.

3. Order Registration and Payment

Orders can be paid by bank card – upon receipt of the order you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.

Online payment is carried out with maximum security using a bank card that allows online transactions. After payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, meaning a new global approach to buyer authentication in online transactions. This measure involves redirecting the user during payment to a secure maib page, where each cardholder is authenticated using a unique one-time code for each transaction.

Refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you need to enter your bank card details. The information is transmitted in compliance with all necessary security measures. Data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on the specialized server of the payment system.

To process payment, you must provide the following information:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiration date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Cardholder's name and surname

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the issuer bank's exchange conditions will apply when debiting the amount.

4. Delivery of Goods / Products / Services

After placing the order, the buyer will be informed of the estimated date of delivery by courier / delivery service.

Delivery within mun. Chișinău is carried out within 2 working days from the moment of order confirmation by our operators. Delivery is made between 9:00 and 18:00 and is free of charge for orders of 2000 MDL or more. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is 100 MDL (included in the total order/transaction amount).

Delivery across the territory of RM is carried out within 3 working days from the moment of order confirmation by our operators. Delivery is made between 9:00 and 18:00 and is free of charge for orders of 4000 MDL or more. For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is 150 MDL (included in the total order/transaction amount).

There is no delivery on Sundays and official holidays.

The delivery time may be extended in certain cases (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

You can choose any delivery address – home, office, or another location – at no additional charge. We accept only one delivery address per order. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Upon receipt of the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Claims related to these issues will not be accepted after receipt.

5. Right of Return

According to the definition in Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on consumer protection, the buyer has the right to return the purchased product for specific reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. The amount is refunded to the card used for the purchase.

Products from the list of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product cannot be returned or replaced, in accordance with the Annex to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 .

6. Privacy Policy

According to the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith, legally, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Processing is carried out using both automated and manual means, in compliance with security, confidentiality, and data subject rights requirements.

The provider collects and processes only the personal data submitted by the consumer when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.

Personal data is used solely for website administration, granting access to special content, delivering orders, or contacting the consumer regarding delivery. This notice informs users and consumers that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes data submitted during browsing, use, and registration on www.hotel-life.md.

All information submitted by users and consumers of www.hotel-life.md is considered explicit consent for the service provider to use their personal data.

The provider does not disclose any personal data to third parties without the data subject's consent and does not sell, distribute, or disclose it, except as required by law (upon request from government authorities, law enforcement, courts, or other authorized institutions).

Personal data may also be processed and used by the provider for statistical and marketing purposes.

The service provider complies with personal data security requirements and protects consumer data from loss, destruction, falsification, or disclosure to third parties.

Provider’s employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of consumer personal data. Processing is carried out by an authorized representative of the provider.

The provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with applicable law.

The provider does not collect transaction information such as card number, expiration date, or issuing country.
